Quality Inn & Suites

Stayed unexpectedly and was a pleasant experience! Front desk staff were friendly on check in. Room was clean, appealing and quiet. Bed was comfortable and got a good sleep! Only reason for 4 stars is the $250 damage deposit?!?! I'm a 40s woman with her husband checking in... not a party-er. I just needed a place to sleep!

Decent, clean, quiet. Perfect for us. Love the good use of space where the breakfast room shares the space with the Vietnamese restaurant, open later in the day. Attached pub was great too!

Great service. Friendly. Even with being so booked due to the fires up north. Great staff. Elli was very friendly and helpful. The manager was great. Addressed my refund in a timely and professional manner. Great experience.

Typical 3 star hotel. Nothing fancy. Breakfast is typical. Again nothing fancy. King Room 421 had constant humming noise, I believe it was the bathroom fan which I had no means to switch off. Hallway is narrow, making room doors too close and promote noise transmission. I was hearing TV of the room across the corridor. Window frames and bathroom doors are too old and have been repainted hundreds of time over. Parking is tight and limited due to pub visitors competing for parking. There is also this hotel manager who deliberately parks his white Tundra truck on a clearly marked no parking spot making it difficult to maneuver around his truck. But he is the big boss.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I very much enjoyed my time here. The wifi was fast, the breakfast was delicious every morning, and the front desk (Khrystina) was attentive and very courteous. I appreciated the fact they allowed pets, many hotels in Winnipeg don't do that so it was a huge plus for me. I've stayed at many choice hotels in the U.S, so my standard was very high... this location did NOT disappoint! I will mention that there is only one elevator in the hotel so you'll need to be patient because a lot of people use that daily... but with how great everything else was, I did not care. Will definitely visit again if I am back in town.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Jenny. Her hospitality was beyond compare—she provided me with the best hotel room and service I’ve ever received. As i'm also worked in the Choice Hotels chain, I can confidently say I’ve never seen such dedication towards guest satisfaction. Jenny’s kindness, humility, and attention to detail truly stood out. A nice and clean hotel is located next to the bus stop. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, you can eat and drink while playing billiards. I was very pleased with the approach of the staff to each client, the girls working at breakfast cook deliciously, especially i liked the girl Tanya, very kind and hard-working. At the reception, Christina and an Asian guy (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) always helped me if I had any questions or problems. I really appreciate their attentiveness. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for comfort. the beds are very soft, after a long flight I felt like sleeping on the clouds. I give this hotel ten out of ten and recommend it to everyone who comes to Winnipeg.

5 stars all the way around. We had the king bed suite with kitchen. It was perfect! We were there for 3 nights. The price was perfect, rooms were spotless!! We were close to a Tim Hortons and bunch of restaurants (all within walking distance). The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Winnipeg.

The staff was exceptional, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean, complimentary breakfast was better than other hotels and having the Vietnamese restaurant at the same location was a bonus. Thanks for the great service!

Surprisingly good hotel. I snagged a cheap room last minute and did not expect much from a 3-star accommodation. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The continental breakfast was everything it needed to be. I had breakfast at 7am and was rewarded with fresh pancakes.
